Who is responsible
The data controller is SICESI, Société Internationale de Création et d'Exploitation de Sites Internet. For any questions about your data or to exercise your rights: [email protected].
What we collect
Contact form. Name, email address, and message are used to respond to you, and for no other purpose. Retention period: 12 months after our last exchange. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to your request (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Audience measurement. We count visits with Plausible, a tool we host ourselves. It does not place any cookies, does not collect any personal data, and does not track a visitor from one site to another: we only see totals (pages viewed, source, device type). Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding site traffic.
Cookies
This site does not place advertising or tracking cookies, and therefore does not display a consent banner. If that changes (advertising, embedded videos or maps, share buttons), a consent tool will be put in place beforehand.
Hosting and delivery
The site is hosted by OVH in France. Images may be delivered by Cloudflare (cdn.korio.fr), which processes the IP address of visitors who load them.
We do not sell or share personal information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents: we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA.
Children’s privacy
This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability by writing to [email protected]. If you are in the European Union, these rights are provided under the GDPR, and you may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page.
